Terms and Conditions for Video Customer Testimonials

VIDEO TESTIMONIAL RELEASE AGREEMENT

This Video Testimonial Release Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Puure Filters ("Company") and the individual submitting a video testimonial ("Participant").

1. Purpose

By voluntarily submitting a video testimonial, you grant the Company permission to use your video for marketing, promotional and advertising purposes under the terms of this Agreement.

2. Licence to Use Your Video

You grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish, display and distribute your submitted video testimonial for promotional, marketing and advertising purposes.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • The Company's website;

  • Landing pages;

  • Blog articles;

  • Email marketing campaigns;

  • Organic social media content (including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X and similar platforms);

  • Paid online advertising, including but not limited to Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads and any other current or future digital advertising platforms.

The Company may also resize, crop, trim, subtitle, translate, adjust the quality of the video or make other minor edits necessary for publication, provided these edits do not materially change the meaning or context of your testimonial.

3. Authenticity

You confirm that:

  • you personally recorded the submitted video;

  • you have genuinely used the Company's products;

  • your testimonial reflects your honest opinion and personal experience;

  • the information you provide is true to the best of your knowledge.

Nothing in this Agreement requires you to provide a positive testimonial.

4. Complimentary Gift

As a token of appreciation for your time, the Company may provide complimentary replacement filter cartridges.

You acknowledge that this courtesy gift is offered in appreciation for your participation and is not conditional upon providing a positive or favourable review. Your testimonial must always reflect your genuine experience.

5. Ownership

You retain ownership of your original video.

However, you grant the Company the licence described in this Agreement to use your video in accordance with the terms above.

6. Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting:

support@puurefilters.com

Following your request, the Company will stop using your testimonial in future publications and advertising campaigns within a reasonable timeframe.

You acknowledge that it may not be technically or commercially possible to remove the video from content that has already been published, distributed or included in advertising campaigns prior to your withdrawal request.

7. Privacy

The Company will not intentionally identify you by your full name unless you provide separate permission.

Your appearance and voice are naturally visible within the video and will be used as part of your testimonial.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
